We have considered the materials on record. Victim had an illicit relationship with the wife of one of the co-accused. As a result, he was tied to a tree, assaulted and hot water was poured on his body. As a consequence, he died. Presence of the petitioners is noted at the place of occurrence by witnesses. In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the crime, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to them. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
