Learned advocate representing the State respondents relies upon the instruction forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas mentioning that the petitioner may be transferred to Leningarh Siksha Niketan High School as Work Education teacher. 2.

The petitioner is agreeable to join the said school.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools for issuance of formal order of transfer in favour of the petitioner in the

subject school at the earliest, but positively by 7th March, 2026.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
