Learned advocates representing the petitioner and the private respondents submits, upon instruction that, the parties are residing in the same house as per the arrangement proposed by the Court in the order dated 4th November, 2024.

2. Learned advocate representing the State, submits upon instruction that, the police could recover the original appointment letter of the petitioner and a photocopy of the marriage certificate of the petitioner with the private respondent no. 5.

3. The police is directed to hand over the copy of the original appointment letter of the petitioner to him upon proper receipt.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps, in accordance with law, for obtaining duplicate copy of the documents which he requires.

5. The parties are directed to maintain peace.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
