The petitioner is not represented.

The report on affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 indicates that a sum of Rs.

13,81,430/- has been paid to the petitioner into her bank account with the SBI. The amount includes all adjustment, excess salary, unsettled advance, contribution to PF. Amounts are paid after implementing the penalty in the disciplinary proceeding instituted against the petitioner. the penalty order dated January 3, 2022 issued by the disciplinary authority.

The petitioner was compulsorily retired from service on March 31, 2016. The service rendered from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019 was held contractual. A sum of Rs.

8,24,970/- was recovered from the amounts of gratuity and the balance was paid.

In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any infirmity in the actions of the respondents.

Hence, WPA 28149 of 2022 shall stand disposed of without any further order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
