...for the petitioner Mr. Imran Siddiqui, Mr. Aritra Shankar Roy ...for the Contemnors In pursuance of an earlier order dated 12.02.2026 the alleged contemnor files a compliance report stating inter alia, that the detailed medical examination has been completed and the petitioner has been found to be fit during the period from February 2025 to February 2026. The Staff Selection Commission has already been intimated regarding the revision of the petitioner's result. The letter dated 06.03.2026, declared the petitioner fit for the post. However the concerned authority has failed to issue an appointment letter ignoring the specific direction given in paragraph 13 of the order dated 09.12.2025.

Let this matter appear on 08.05.2026.

In the meantime, the respondents are directed to file a further compliance report with regard to the grant of appointment to the petitioner.
