Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in the affairs of a company which had invited deposits from unsuspecting persons and misappropriated the money. Custodial interrogation to reveal the ramifications of the crime and for tracing out the misappropriated sum is necessary.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
