1. Since, in the restoration application, an allegation has been made in paragraph no. 2 against the erstwhile learned advocate who was conducting the case of the petitioners, for the sake of propriety, the petitioners shall serve a notice along with copies of the applications on the said learned Advocate indicating that the applications shall next be listed in the monthly list of April, 2024.

2. The petitioners shall file an affidavit-of-service to that effect on the next returnable date.
