Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that, in compliance of the order under contempt, electricity has already been given to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that connection has not been given by two pipes, despite the requisite amount being deposited by the petitioner. 3.

However, upon a perusal of the order under contempt, it transpires that direction was only issued to the respondents to give electricity supply to the petitioner, which has already been done by the alleged contemnors.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance, furnishing a fresh cause of action, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same before an appropriate forum.

Hence, CPAN 1618 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.
