The petitioners are aggrieved because the SubDivisional Officer, Rampurhat has not supplied the information sought for by the petitioners under the Right to Information Act.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rampurhat to supply necessary information as asked for by the petitioners by the application dated October 17, 2022. Such information shall be supplied to the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
