None appears for the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1862 of 2024.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioners. 4.

Charge-sheet was filed on August 23, 2024 and the supplementary charge-sheet was filed on February 27, 2025 with the FSL report.

In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Hence, the application for bail is rejected.

C.R.M. (NDPS) 1862 of 2024 is dismissed.
