Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite the specific observations and findings recorded in the order dated January 13, 2023 passed in WPA 28160 of 2022, the alleged contemnors have not yet commenced receiving deposits of rent, either on physical or online mode, in deliberate and gross violation of the said order. Since a prima facie case has been made out in the contempt application, the petitioner shall serve copies of the contempt application on the alleged contemnors indicating that the matter shall next be listed on April 10, 2023, when the petitioner shall file an affidavit-of-service to that effect.
