Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned State advocate.

The present writ petition arises out of an Original Application bearing O.A. No. 509 of 2025. The O.A. itself was filed when the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal ('Tribunal' for short) was non-functional.

If the Tribunal was nonfunctional, the petitioners' remedy was before the Writ Court (Single Judge Bench) dealing with the determination of service matters.

The learned advocate for the writ petitioners, thus, submits that he will avail the remedy in accordance with law. He, however, expresses a difficulty that the Original Application cannot be withdrawn, since the Tribunal is non-functional. 4.

So as to enable him to avail remedy in the writ proceeding, we dispose of the pending Original Application bearing O.A. No. 509 of 2025 before the Tribunal with liberty to the petitioners to avail

the remedies in respect of the same relief in accordance with law.

The present Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
