Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner files affidavit-of-service which is kept with the record. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal which has been filed on 12th April, 2021 & 06th April, 2022 as appears from pages 62 & 113 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 27047 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously

and preferably within four months from the date of communication of this order.

Petitioner shall be provided the copies of the documents upon which Assessing Officer has relied if the same has not been furnished to the petitioner. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
