Petitioner is the wife of the principal accused. Vide order dated 10.12.2024 condition has been imposed upon the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Kalighat PS until further orders. 2.

State has submitted report. From the report it appears that the petitioner has duly complied with the said condition for last one year.

Accordingly, the condition of bail imposed on the petitioner i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Kalighat PS is waived. 4.

Other conditions of bail shall remain the same. 5.

Application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
