The report is enclosed with a communication made by the present petitioner to the Officer-in-charge of Sagar Police Station, which reflects that some of the sentences which have been incorporated was inadvertently made in the communication made to the Officer-incharge on 04.11.2024. The records of the case reflect that Sagar PS NCR No. 412/2024 has

already been initiated against the private respondents.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, if there is further grievance(s) of the petitioner, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking the power either under Section 175(3) and/or under Section 223 of the BNSS. The learned Magistrate by adhering to the provisions of law would pass necessary order(s) as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28445 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
