We find that the appeal filed by the government against the order passed by the learned Single Bench was dismissed for default. The application filed for restoration of the said appeal was also dismissed. However, the applicants are aggrieved by non-compliance of the direction issued by the learned Single Bench in the order dated 12th September, 2014 passed in WP 24933 (W) of 2013. Hence, this contempt application is disposed of by giving liberty to the applicants to move before the learned Single Bench.
