For the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. The enclosures of the revisional application reflects the order sheets as well as the First Information Report. The order dated 25.4.2022 reflects that charge-sheet has been filed against the present petitioners and copies under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. have been served upon them. In fact, the order dated 10.11.2022 reflects the date for framing of charge on 9th of November, 2023. The petitioners have filed the present revisional application for quashing of the F.I.R.

Having regard to the charge, which has been reached, pursuant to the charge-sheet being filed and the

date fixed for framing of charges, I am of the view that the same is not maintainable.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners prays for liberty to file afresh.

Having considered such submissions, CRR 4645 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer a fresh revisional application challenging the charge-sheet and enclosing the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C.

The Department is directed to return the certified copy to the Learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner and the same be replaced by Photostat Copy.

Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
