Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Shyampukur Police Station to comply with directions of the Magistrate for enquiries under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C. 3.

Shyampukur Police submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is private and civil in nature.

Counsel for the petitioner however submits that even after such proceedings, the private respondents continue to threaten and

intimidate the petitioner. He has lodged two complaints with the police in this regard.

If the petitioner receives further threat from the private respondents, he may lodge a complaint with the Shyampukur Police Station against the private respondents.

The petitioner may place the two subsequent complaints before the learned Magistrate and appropriate directions shall be passed by the Magistrate in that regard.

The private respondents appear and dispute the allegation of the petitioner.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
