Liberty is granted to the petitioners to withdraw the application and file a fresh application on the same cause of action. On prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed herein upon furnishing photocopies thereof. CRR 5031 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
