Petitioner submits he runs a transport firm. He had arranged for supply of a transport vehicle to the complainant. The transport vehicle with goods is untraceable. He has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in arranging a transport vehicle. Goods of the complainant were loaded in the transport vehicle which has been misappropriated. Statements disclose implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Custodial interrogation is necessary for recovery of stolen property. 4.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
