Petitioner herein has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail order imposed vide order dated 2nd January, 2025. The report discloses that the petitioner more or less complied the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail vide order date 2nd January, 2025.

Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the order dated 2nd January, 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner henceforth shall report I.C./O.C. of Raghunathganj Police Station, once in a month in place of once in a week and the petitioner shall not leave the geographical limit of Murshidabad District without the leave of the Trial Court until further order. The order dated 02.01.2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. IA No. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
