1. All the petitioners before us stand implicated in an assault leading to the death of the victim.

2. Police case is one of murder.

3. Other persons also received injuries in such incident.

4. It is the contention of the petitioners that, there is counter-police complaint also.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the active role that is attributed to the petitioner before us, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

7. CRM (DB) 4048 of 2024 is disposed of.
