Mr. Amal Kr. Sen,Ld.AGP Ms. Ashima Das(Sil) ...for the State The writ petitioner being aggrieved with the inaction on the part of the respondent authority in granting him timetable, has moved the present case. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has referred to the document annexed therewith regarding his application praying for grant of timetable pursuant to the permit granted to him and submission of necessary statutory fees for the same.

He would further refer to the legal notice served by him to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Purba Burdwan dated November 21, 2024.

Evidently, there is no action as to the application for grant of provisional timetable to the writ petitioner as mentioned above for which the authorities have accepted the statutory fees. Therefore, the Court finds it proper to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the respondent no. 3 to immediately grant timetable to

the writ petitioner pursuant to the permit granted to him earlier, in accordance with law.

The entire exercise should be completed by the said respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petitioner are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
