1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on the date of consideration of charge the de facto complainant filed an application for further investigation, which has not been disposed of by the learned Trial Judge and necessary direction is sought for.

2. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur is requested to dispose of the application filed by the de facto complainant with a prayer for reinvestigation within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Judge for information and compliance.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
