Mr. Meghnad Dutta ... for the petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case(Arbitration) No.15 of 2021 renumbered Misc. Case(Com) (Arbitration) No.23 of 2021 before the learned Commercial Court at Alipore.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the matter is pending execution since the year 2021 and unnecessary adjournment is being granted by the court on the prayer of the opposite party/judgement debtor.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the learned Commercial Court at Alipore shall make all endeavour to dispose of the execution within a period of three months from the date of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment.

C.O. 4099 stands disposed of.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
