Heard learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner assaulted his father who subsequently succumbed to his injuries. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
