Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for consideration of the representation made before the Station Manager, Burdwan Customer Care Centre, Sector-I, West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, being respondent No.3 in the instant application, seeking the removal of high tension wire and electric pole from the premises which have damaged the utility and altered the nature and character of the agricultural plot.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that the representation will be considered by the respondent No.3 within three months. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application.

Respondent No.3 is requested to consider the representation made by the petitioner after granting him an opportunity of hearing and allowing him to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing and pass a reasoned order within six weeks from date.

The writ petition being WPA 27082 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
