Learned counsels representing both the parties submit that in terms of the order passed by the Court, the Commissioner, Chandannagar Municipal Corporation has passed the reasoned order. The said order has been challenged by the aggrieved party before the competent forum.

As it appears that the order passed by the Court has since been complied with, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.
