The revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 2008 of 2019 pending before the ld. JM, 2nd Court, Barasat under the relevant provisions of the PWDV Act.

In case, the said proceedings are still pending, the ld. Magistrate would fix at least one date in every two months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4696 of 2023 is disposed of.
