1. Petitioner submits he is a deed writer and did not play any role in the forgery. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

3. We have considered materials on record. A false affidavit was prepared showing one Tilaka Jana as Tilaka Mondal. Petitioner was acquainted to both the persons and intentionally prepared the false affidavit. It is also contended petitioner has prepared other false affidavits too.

4. In view of such incriminating materials we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
