The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the impugned Order dated 24.07.2012 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore in connection with A.C.G.R. Case No. 1048 of 2012 arising out of Purnasree Police Station Case No. 31 of 2011 dated 22.09.2011 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the application as well as the annexures appended therein, it appears that there are incriminating elements in the case which does not warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant application, stands dismissed on merit.
