Petitioner is in custody for 119 days. She submits principal accused has been granted bail. She prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
We have considered the materials on record. Case was registered in 2015. Petitioner absconded for seven years. Materials on record show sexual exploitation of victim girls were carried on at a place which is under the control and dominion of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, gravity of offence and abscondence of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
