1. The petitioners complain that they are in custody for one year and seven months. The trial is still going on. They pray for bail.

2. Learned State Advocate tells us that argument has been completed. The matter has been reserved for judgment.

3. In view of the fact that the trial is about to conclude and prima facie there was seizure of commercial quantity of narcotics from the petitioners, and in view of the restrictions in Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioners' prayer for bail.

4. The prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The application being CRM (NDPS) 1868 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
