The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for quashing of the F.I.R., charge sheet and the proceedings in Nimta Police Station Case No. 54 of 2003 dated 07.06.2003 under Section 498A and of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1538 of 2003.

On perusal of the application as well as the annexures appended therein, it appears that there are incriminating elements in the case which does not warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant application, stands dismissed on merit.
