In the first line of fifth paragraph of order dated 22nd December, 2022, the words 'Accordingly, the petitioner viz., Dipak Jana shall be released on bail' be read as 'Accordingly, the petitioner viz., Raju Pal @ Krishna Gopal Pal shall be released on bail'. Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
