1. Petitioners submit there was a civil dispute between the parties and they have been falsely implicated. They pray for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioners had attacked the victim and petitioner no. 2 threw deleterious chemicals on the victim resulting in injuries.

3. We have considered materials on record. Owing to prior enmity petitioners came to the spot in a motorcycle and petitioner no. 2 threw deleterious chemicals on the victim. Injury report supports the ocular version of witnesses.

4. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
