Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of Uttam Bed who stands on the same footing with the petitioner had been turned down. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
