Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, which reflects that Barasat P.S. Case No. 711 of 2024 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the police already having registered the FIR, I direct the police authorities to effectively conduct the

investigation, particularly, with regard to collection of documents and examination of the witnesses concerned as also take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28529 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
