Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband was not implicated. The petitioners were falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the daughter of the victim recorded under Section 161 and Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The daughter of the victim squarely implicates both the petitioners in the incident.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5938 of 2022 is dismissed.
