Praying for a direction upon the concerned respondent to forebear from giving any appointment from the post of Electrician-cum-Caretaker (Group-D) in Nahata Jogendranath Mandal Smriti Mahavidyalaya on the basis of the selection test held on 26th September, 2009, this writ petition was preferred. I am of the considered view that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of.
