Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that inspite of informing the police authorities dated 25.11.2024 no action has been taken.

Petitioner further submits that the violations in law has been committed by the private respondents inspite of the order dated 03.10.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalna in connection with Title Suit No. 188/24. I find that there has been an order of status quo passed by the learned Civil Judge in the said title suit.

In case the petitioner feels that the order has not been enforced, petitioner would take out an appropriate application before the learned Civil Judge

(Senior Division), Kalna who is already in seisin of the title suit for enforcing the said order dated 03.10.2024.

If the learned Civil Judge is satisfied and grants direction for police assistance or police protection the police authorities would respect and obey such order passed by the learned Civil Judge. With the aforesaid observations WPA 28487 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
