1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioner in the murder. Delay in the matter has been contributed on behalf of the defence by seeking enable adjournment of cross-examination of the witnesses. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner either on merits or on the ground of delay in trial.
