The writ petition was taken up for consideration first on 28th June, 2023 when no one appeared for the petitioners and matter was adjourned. Subsequently, matter was taken up on 19th July, 2023 when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioners and the same was granted.

It appears petitioners have lost interest.
