Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the meantime the respondent authorities have started the process of issuance of passport to the petitioners. 2.

However, it is pointed out that the petitioners is required to be granted the passport sufficiently early to enable the petitioners to inform the appropriate authorities regarding their travel 36 hours before such travel.

Learned counsel for the respondents, in his usual fairness, submits that in all probability, the passports shall be issued during the course of the day. 4.

Keeping in view of such submission, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 27097 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous in the light of the above observations without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
