It appears that after filing of the writ petition, Section 376D of the Penal Code has been added as a charge in the FIR. In all fairness, let a fresh writ petition be filed hiding the identity of the petitioner as per the guidelines of this Court.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of without any further order.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the self-same grounds.
