1. By way of filing this public interest litigation the petitioners seek for setting aside the order passed by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land and Land Reforms Officer. In this writ petition an application, being CAN 1 of 2023, has been filed by the applicants for addition of parties. In the annexures to the said application an order passed by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Paschim Medinipur has been enclosed, from which we find that the matter was dealt with and an elaborate order has been passed. At this juncture, the question of deciding the rights of two rival claimants cannot be done in a public interest litigation. However, it is

open to the petitioners to work out alternative remedy available in law.

2. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
