She submits that, the order dated May 16, 2023 stands complied with. Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel appearing for alleged contemnor No. 2 has also confirmed this.

Mr. Sanjib Das, learned State counsel appears for alleged contemnor No. 1 has also confirmed the said fact.

In view of the above, nothing remains in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, contempt application being CPAN 1622 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.
