The petitioner is aggrieved by certain aspects of the investigation. Since the statutory provision(s) allows the petitioner being the defacto-complainant to file an application under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner would be at liberty to exhaust such remedy before the learned jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28513 of 2024 is disposed of.
