The petitioners allege that the private respondents have stacked huge garbage in front of the petitioner's land thereby obstructing his ingress and egress.

Report submitted by the State suggests that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The petitioners are liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

In the meantime, the police authority shall ensure that no untoward incident occurs and peace is maintained. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
