Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that other than the statement of a co-accused, there are no incriminating materials available against the present petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that between 02.01.2025 and the date of occurrence i.e. 13.01.2025, there were as many as 2092 phone calls made between the present petitioner and the principal accused. On 13.01.2025, their location was the same as per the call tower records. Besides, a proclamation has been issued against the present petitioner. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary and the restriction contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
